Data Deletion

Bank Account Simulator provides clear options for you to delete your account and associated data. This page explains the available methods and what happens when you request deletion.
1. Delete Your Account from the App
The fastest way to delete your data is directly from the App:
- Open the App and navigate to My Profile (last tab).
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
- Your account and associated data will be removed.
2. Request Deletion via Email
If you cannot access the App or prefer an alternative method, you can request deletion by email:
- Send an email to the support address published in the Google Play listing for Bank Account Simulator.
- Use the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”.
- Include the email address associated with your account.
- You will receive confirmation once the deletion is processed.
3. What Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data is removed:
- Firebase Authentication record — your login credentials and account identifier.
- Cloud Firestore data — your user profile, Pro subscription status, and device records.
- Simulated financial data synchronized with backend services (if applicable).
4. What May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained for a limited period after deletion:
- Anonymized usage data that cannot be linked back to your account.
- Subscription records required by Google Play for transaction verification and accounting purposes.
- Backup copies in automated backups, which are overwritten on a regular cycle.
This retained data does not include personal identifiers and cannot be used to reconstruct your account.
5. Local Data
Data stored locally on your device (preferences, cached content, simulated transactions) is not automatically deleted when you delete your cloud account. To remove local data:
- Uninstall the App from your device, or
- Go to your device Settings → Apps → Bank Account Simulator → Clear Data.
6. Processing Time
- In-App deletion: Processed immediately.
- Email requests: Processed within 30 days of receiving the request.
