By downloading, installing, or using Bank Account Simulator (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Nature of the Service

Bank Account Simulator is a financial simulation tool designed for educational and entertainment purposes. All accounts, balances, transactions, cards, investments, and market data within the App are entirely simulated.

Important: The App does not provide real banking services, financial advice, or investment recommendations. No real money is involved in any simulation. Do not make real financial decisions based solely on results obtained within the App.

2. Account Registration

To use the App, you must create an account using a valid email address through Firebase Authentication. You may also sign in with Google or Apple accounts where available.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate registration information.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers an optional Pro subscription that unlocks additional features, including higher account limits, advanced market controls, credit scoring, and expanded portfolio capabilities.

  • Subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing.
  • Payment terms, renewal, and cancellation are governed by Google Play’s terms.
  • You may manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play Store settings.
  • Refund requests should be directed to Google Play Support.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App’s services or servers.
  • Create accounts using automated means.
  • Misrepresent the App’s simulated data as real financial information.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, and other materials within the App are the property of the developer or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written consent.

6. User-Generated Content

The simulated financial data you create within the App (accounts, transactions, portfolios, etc.) is stored locally on your device and, where applicable, synchronized with backend services.

You retain ownership of the content you create. By using the App, you grant the developer a limited license to store and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the App’s functionality.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

  • The developer does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
  • Simulated market data, prices, and financial calculations are approximations for educational purposes and may not reflect real-world conditions.
  • The developer is not a financial institution and is not regulated as one.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

The developer’s total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Pro subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim, or ten euros (€10), whichever is greater.

9. Termination

The developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the App ceases immediately.
  • Local data remains on your device until you remove it.
  • Cloud-stored data may be deleted according to our data retention practices.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
