Property rental simulator
Property rental
Put your properties to work.
Pick a tenant, sign the lease and watch the rent arrive every month. Being a landlord, without the risk.
How it works
From lease to monthly income
Choose your tenant
13 tenants, each with their occupation, story, age and reliability. A retiree who never misses a payment, or a student who pays late?
Sign the lease
Set the monthly rent, the payment concept, the account that receives the money and the term: 6, 12, 24 or 36 months.
Collect the rent
The rent lands in your account every month. Track the payments made, the total income and every event of the lease.
Edit the lease
Adjust an active lease whenever you want — the rent, the dates, the account and the rest of its details.
Live simulation
Tenants with a life of their own

End it your way
Let the lease run its course, or break it early and pay a penalty in months of rent. Careful — the tenant can break it too.
What sets us apart
Frequently asked questions
How does the property rental simulator work?
Own a property — from an apartment to an entire building — then choose a tenant, set the monthly rent and the lease length. The rent arrives in the account you picked, month after month.
Which properties can I rent out?
Any property you own in the app: a residential home, a luxury villa, an investment apartment, a commercial office or an entire building.
Can the tenant cause problems?
Yes. Each of the 13 tenants has their own reliability: some pay early, others pay late, request repairs or file complaints — just like real tenants.
What happens if I end the lease early?
Breaking the lease before it ends costs a penalty of several months of rent, and the tenant can break it too. Leases that reach their end date complete on their own.
